T7316 not ringing when a call comes in

I've just started at a new job, and my phone will not ring. DND is definitely not on, and the volume is fine. I have no idea what to do. The light flashes, but nothing else happens.
Can anyone help me please?

You need the set programmed for appear and ring for the lines that are on your set. Do you have someone there that knows how to program your system, as it is not a simple as just turning on a ringer. As we need to know what Norstar system it is, CICS or MCIS...ect.

The person before you probably didn't want their phone to ring, not all people do. It's a simple software change that any Norstar tech can help you with.
