1. Programmed exec's phone to show it's ringing on assistant's phone, but does not display when he's on the phone.

2. What is the code for picking up a ringing phone if you don't know which extension in the office is ringing?

Try programming an Answer DN key on the admin phone. Phone then rings at both locations, ending up in proper Vmail box.

you need to program an internal autodial to show the status of extension

there is a faq with a list of feature codes

as to your second question- it is group pickup, but you have to make sure they are programmed in the same group.

Group Pick is F75, Directed Pickup is F76+DN, To see phone status and hear/pickup ringing of a phone takes 2 buttons (Intercom appearance and Ans DN or Pickup)
