I am having a little trouble with a T1. 10 channels, no pri. Calls go out fine, come in and seem only to ring on the channel. I can make line61 appr&rng and the call is received fine. Can't seem to get the digits to map to the target lines i have built. *I have building target lines for a few years now so i have a fair idea of how to direct my received digits to my sets. Any ideas?

I would start by verifying the number of digits being sent by your local telephone company. They need to match you target lines.

Try making the Target line to ring&appr on your set .

The BCM monitor can show you what lines are ringing and digits

so if you set target line 222 to rcv 4555 or 555
make 222 ring&appr on your set also check your prime

then with the BCM monitor you should see something like
rcv 4555 line 222 active

It's only dialtone-VZ

61-Line061 Incoming 1-/28/07 12;55;05 4382211- ?DNIS: 2211

This is the line in my monitor. No matter how many digits i set to receive, this is what comes across.

The display in my window reads: 061 to prime so it's not even hitting the target line i built (492).
