6.1 Mics converted from T1 to PRI. The switch over went fine. I changed the destiation code to use PRI, and when i have intercom dial tone and dial the dest code i get a pri channel. What dosnt work is the call fwd external. I dial f4 then the destination code and then the number. The display reads fwd>...123456 all looks good, but when you call the extension it disconnects the call.

no. I have route 1 set to use pri a, then set destination code to access that route.

Can you make a normal call out of the PRI to the number that you are trying to forward to?

Do you know the version of 6.1 that you have because the earlier releases did have some issues with PRI. I'm trying to locate the bulletins now.

when we looked into changing to pri there was a software upgrade done from 4.1 to a 6.1 because of this issue so we should be good there.

Yes but was it the latest version of 6.1? I think that there was 3 releases of that software.

I think you want the 6.1 MR software.

This may seem obvious, but... when you set your external forward, begin the dial stream with your destination code. Your example "123456" suggests you may be missing the destination code. When correctly forwarded, you should see something like Fwd>95551212.
