I hope someone can give me some direction. I have a T1 at a remote site that is having intermittant problems with trying to access an outside line. All incoming calls are fine and terminate on their DIDs each time I placed a call, yet at the same time they could not access an outside line even though the status of the lines only showed 3-4 busy trunks. I thought maybe it could be a hunting problem, but why would the system try to access a busy line with 20 still available. I also called the local service provider, and they did not see any problems with the trunks and showed them all in service. There were no new alarms or errors in the switch at the time. Then, all of a sudden people could access a line again. I never did see any more than 5 trunks active at one time, though. HELP!
