I recently installed a PBX with a T1 line (IP Office 500v2) at a client's location. And everything is working according to plan, except for the fact that when you call the client the line will give you a dial tone for five seconds and then pass you on to an AutoAttendant. As you can imagine this is a bit confusing for people calling. Any idea what might be causing this? The T1 is configured AMI, D4, E&M - Tie, Wink-Start.
