T1 PRI 100D issue 1

Approx 2 years ago we moved from a plain T1 to PRI utilizing 100D board. I have been backing up the system and the other day I had to reboot the system and now the T1 won't work either in or outbound.

A tech brought in a new switch matched the settings and still won't work.

Qwest (local provider) brought in a T Bird and tested and verified circuit. Everything matched and worked good to the equipment.

I have restored the system with a number of backed up configurations but no luck. This is day 2 being down.

Print the PRI & T1 Settings and post them.

Also, post how QWEST has it set up.

AND, where 'bouts are you?

Mayhaps some one local needs to assist.

Any alarms in the ERROR LOG?

Do you get recordings or fast busies on incoming?

Did Qwest unbusy the B and D channels?

Double check that trunk 832 IS NOT in any pool/group or assigned to anything else. This is your D channel.

I did not see anything jump off the page from your printout. When you attempt to place an outgoing call does the Yellow LED on the 100D lite at any time, even for a brief moment?

....JIM....

I am receiving errors 7001 on all ports of the T1 card.

When dialing from outside to a DID number the recording is all circuits are busy. From inside to outside dialing it is a fast busy.

I'll have qwest check the B and D channels.

I just double checked 832 is not part of the pool.

On either a out and inbound the yellow LED never goes on.

Looking at the Print at my location in Aurora, I do not see any jump off the page issues either.

What does Qwest tell you they are seeing from the switch.

Also, Print & Post the ERROR LOG.

Finally found the problem. The CO programming was set to National and not custom. The person that found this difference was Jason (720)480-0305 below are his notes on setup.
