T1 pinout

I need to know the pinout for a T1 on an rj45 and also on a DB15. I know the pins for the rj45 are 1,2 and 4,5 but which ones are the tips and which ones are the rings? Basically I need to know which pins are TX(tip) TX(ring) and RX(tip) and RX(ring). I have some documentation, but I was told there is a misprint and would like a second opinion. Any help will be appreciated.

4 TX(ring)
5 TX(tip)
7 Frame ground

DB15

1 TX(tip)
9 TX(ring)
3 RX(tip)
11 RX(ring)
2 Frame ground
