T1 MM710 test fails

I couldn't figure out what is wrong with T1 line. It is new line, it could be telco problems.

how do you have the d channel built? how is the trunk group built?

If "test ds1 XXXX" comes out with all PASSES/ABORTS then that's good news for your physical cable and the DS1 signal.
You now need to get that D Channel up. I'm assuming this is PRI server -- make sure that it is. Now start working on your signaling group -- "test sign 21". Post those results and tell us what you see.

Also verify what the carrier is expecting.
