Iam having a problem with mics that is connected to another system by t1. now when dialing local there is a 15 second delay but the call goes through. long distance will not at all. only 10 digits are being sent through then a busy signal is returned to the caller from the mics. the mitel is providing pri dial tone.

T1 link to mitel with E&M 15 second delay

On the mitel you might want to check your ani/dnis settings in the class of service. If the pbx is set to expect that info but does not receive it the trunk will wait and then eventually put the call through. This may be part of your problem. You may also want to post this in the mitel forum to get more ideas.
