I have an Option 11, we just cutover/ported 100 DID's to an existing PRI. All of a sudden we are getting no incomming calls with a network message stating you have dial an incorrect number. We can dial out on the PRI. The T1 provider states that the PBX is rejecting the 4 digits to accept the call....any suggestions?

When you dial internally... You just dial 4 digits correct?

If you can make out bound calls, then your switch and T1 are set up correctly. If you dial 4 digits internally and they are sending the correct 4 digits the switch will automatically process those digits. You will not have to do any digit manipulation. I would have to say that either they are not sending you your DID digits or they have it ported to a wrong route.

The only way you could be wrong is if you are using a different number of digits than they are sending. OR they are sending like the 3XXX block that you have to covert to the 4XXX, 5XXX or some other number.

Make sure you have a 4 digit LDN programmed in LD 15 under LDN. A PRI accepts digits according the number of digits you have programmed in LDN0 or LDN1 etc.

any vacant 4 digit for an ldn, not a did.. you do not need that for t1's or for tie's but for did's on a pri you do.. that one gave me a long night with my 1st pri..
