T1 DB15 to RJ 45 connector pinouts

Does anybody know the pinouts of the DB15 to RJ45 connector, Nortel use this for the E1/T1 connection to smartjack or Telco.

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA

The RJ45 pins 1 and 2 connect to DB15 3 and 11 and
RJ45 pins 4 and 5 connect to DB15 1 and 9

If transmit and receive are rolled, then
pins 1 and 2 connect to 1 and 9 and
pins 4 and 5 connect to 3 and 11

Hey guys,
Either im totally missing something or there are conflicting pinouts listed.

So which is it? I have an rj45 to DB15 adapter I am using to hookup pbx(db15 side) to a voip gateway device (rj45 side).
What colors go into which holes?

You could always buy the Nortel T1 adapters from Merktek that are already RJ-45

so the colored wire pins are :
red
blue
green
yellow
black
brown
orange
white

which i have to stick into holes numbered 1-15.

Again, which colors into which holes?

the colors are not as important as the pin numbers. different manufacturers use different wire colors. so, here is the pinout from Nortel NTP 553-2901-200

DB 15 pin # RJ pin number Function
1 5 transmit tip to telco
9 4 transmit ring to telco
3 2 receive tip from telco
11 1 receive ring from telco
