T1 channel loss?

I have a customer with a MICS 6.1xc Call Pilot 150 and one T1 card with 24 channels, no PRI.
I keep loosing channels, when you dial 9 for an outside line it will give you line 23. If I go into maintenance and look at line 24 status it says "not available" I have lost as many as 13 lines. If I reboot the system all lines come back and are available.
Any ideas?

Make sure that you have the .10 MR 6.1 in your system. The bugs in XC6.1.05 are hanging channels in T1.
