I have an Nortel Option 81C.
We have a long distance AT&T T1.
How can I verify what channels belong to this T1.
I have the Circuit ID number DHEC574935/1
AT&T are billing us and here is an example from AT&T showing these channels. How can I verify this is right?

Channels
KJET 379433 101 ATI
KJET 379433 102 ATI
KJET 379433 103 ATI

It sounds like they are billing you for 3 circuits. In ld 21, try a LTM, "list trunk members", hopefully whoever programmed it put the circuit number and vendor somewhere in the information

another ld to look at, after ld 21 ltm is ld 60 stat..

that shows all the t1 trunks as well as there status.. a little deeper is what calls use each route... short cut is to print the routes, ld 21 prt rdb 0 return.. note the acod of each trunk,, (access code). dial a number from a display set, put that call on hold and pick it back up, those numbers are acod and member.. now you know the acod, that and the rdb and the ltm will help..

you can also use 80 trac to trac calls to routes..
