T-24's won't come up on a T7316e, Rel 5 sw 1

i have just removed a M7324 and changed it out to a T7316e and added 2- T24 KIM modules,won't come up.

did you go into programing and assign the kims to that set

Yes. The ver on this system is a 4.0. I have also reboted system.

Sounds as if this is a Norstar and the KIMS T24 needs 6.1 or above to work.

T series phones including KIMs need 6.1 for full functionality.
