T-1 Turn Up with XO

I'm changing PRI Carriers From ATT to XO and I'm having problems turning up the Circuit With XO.

XO is setup for DMS NI-2 Everytime we Try to bring up the circuit the D channel comes up and goes down. Here is the config of my Trunk Group that is working right now with ATT. How do I get this TG to work with XO. Any help would be appreciated.

i think you should make sure XO matches what the settings are on your 'disp ds1 01A15' as well as the other DS-1s that you're using in your PBX.

I'm not sure what version of CM your running, but TN767 are not supported for PRI. You need to use a TN464....

We are still on Vers 8, and We have PRI Now with ATT.

We have these cards working now with a PRI from ATT. Is there something else that we can try to get this working?

Try changing the protocol field on the DS-1 form to 'D'. Don't worry about the trunk group until you have a stable Signaling Group.

We have 3 circuits going in. I would like to test one of the new circuits while keeping the old circuits up until we figure out what the problem is.


Can I try to test with DS1 01b16 which has the Secondary D-Channel: 01B1624 in the signal group buy trying to plug it in to the new circuit and keeping it in the same trunk/signal group.

Thanks for your help. The problem was XO built our Circuits wrong. They built them to each have there own D-channel and not Combined D-channel.
