The past few days my T-1 has been flaking out on my s8710. Channels would start going down and I would busy and release the card and everything would come back up for a while. I submitted a ticket with Verizon, who owns the circuit. I came in this morning and status lights 2 and 4 are solid red and all channels are out-of-service. Verizon sent me a message that said:

Hello. We tested clean to the smartjack located at your customer's premises for 1 hour and 2 minutes, but we were unable to loop your customer's CSU at that location. We will hold the ticket for 24 hours awaiting your reply. Thank you.

I called today and they will be sending out a tech.
I feel like I have checked everything. All connections are good. Switched out the card and the CSU Module on the back. no programing has changed. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

do a test board (board location) and post results, also is the smart jack in an alarm status? I still think this may be a Verizon issue

test board 01a03" or whatever the board number is and post the results. Be sure to wrap the results
Code:
in the code tag for readability

Also, plus a loop back jack into your CSU/PRI port on YOUR equipment and run the same tests again, post the results.

Also, post "display ds1 XXXX"

Test 138 means physical layer issues usually (cable unplugged, damaged etc)

Go plug a loop back jack in to your system and see if test 138 passes after. If so, replace the cable between your smartjack/NIU and your PBX. If that doesn't work, then maybe your carrier is the problem.

Found the problem! Thank you Mr Carroll!
I started putting loopbacks in the path of the T-1 and found what seems to be a loose connection. Thanks for the help!
