system wont come up help lol 1

32 didital port

not sure what happend but now my 2 modules wont pick up

in the config the ata16 and the 32port one

my phones are down lol

the call moniter show tlb instruction error avaya.
was reading about the upgrade should fix this , but why i wonder wont the modules pick up, any one got any hints on this

Power down the ATA 16 and Digital30 modules first, THEN the IP403. Count to 5, power up the ATA 16 and the Digital 30, wait until the center light on the front turns "green", then finally power up the IP403.

Can you access the system via the Manager program, or can you ping the IP address of the phone system?

yea can access the system manger and ping no problems just not picking up the 2 modules , will do another power cycle in that order

will got the analog ata backup after upgrading, but the cant get the digi station to come back up , a red light any one know any tricks to get this red light to green??

Do you see the DS module in Manager?

It sounds like you'll need to interface with the unit via it's DTE port - reset and upgrade the module that way. See faq940-6158
