We just integrated our Avaya IP phone system with our old Meridian system. I need to make every set on the Nortel side have a TGAR of 2. Is there an easy way to do this.

Also, let me just say, I'm not bashing... but I like my Nortel system much better...

Please, thanks, and Merry Christmas!

great catch, change the nctl does wonders.. another way would be to use a script that pulls station type and tn from a tab delimited.. we use those for mass change.. and feel free to bash avaya in this forum.. the few of us that play with it will usually agree.. it's not a bad key system, but it is not a pbx

When you dial 0 and the TGAR is 1 you get a fast busy and it doesn't ring the new switchboard consoles. If you change TGAR to 2, then it works fine.

This is coming from the Avaya folks.
