Hello all, i've tried to update the eMG800 but i have a problem:
current version: Kernel(R1.1.32)

App(R2.2.24)
i want to update to the app version (R3.5.21) but i have a message: Not Allowed due to SW Maint

does the system have sw Maintenance?

and i see your on the temp license from the looks of things .

is the date and time correct?

check all those .

reboot the system

and try again

from the looks of things you have done the kernal and that went in fine ?

1) The date and time are correct.
2) SW maintenance: 170 days left.
3) The kernel was uploaded successfully.

Under the purchased, there is no Major/minor upgradeable. please check the Maint license again.
