System Status

I am very new to SMS so please excuse my ignorance. I have a package and advertisement for a program. However, under system status the package status shows up fine, however nothing ever shows up for the advertisement under advertisement status. Any suggestions?

Sorry if this is a little basic but have you pressed F5 to refresh the Advertisement Status?

I have tried that as well as restarting, and waiting the default 4 hours. I've been waiting two days now and nothing. I have even tried to create a different package from a different executable and that will not show as well.

If you check the event logs of SMS what do you see.

Open System Status->Status Message queries->All Status Messages
