System Status not working.

System Status isn’t working, I have an error opening registry key “software\javasoft\java runtine environment.
Could not find java.dll

Any ideas? I didn't see any updates happen.

Your java is goosed, reinstall java

I just had this happen. Java is the issue.

This happens to me ALL the time. Just reinstall java and it usually works. If you still get a funky error then it's because the shortcut is corrupted - you can just manually navigate to the .jar by going into C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\System Status and ssaviewer is the one you want.

java started installing binaries in program files/java instead of windows/system32.
Change the shortcut to point to the correct folder or copy javaw.dll to windows/system32

I prefer option 1.
