Hello,
Where is the link that I can download the SSA software for my workstation instead of RDP into the server? I tried going to the IP address of the system in my browser but that is for V2 I read. I'm using IP office 500 R8. Thanks.

Well, thanks, but I'm not really sure what that is or how to do it?

you would need the whole admin CD. normally we leave a copy on the server when we do an install. then during the install only select System status.

Just follow the instructions.
Only thing you need is a compact flash card in the IPO.
In your case the folders HTML and SSA are in the c://program files/avaya/IP office/system status. Directory (I think)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

The SSA files are available on the IP Office, just open a browser page to the ip address of the IP Office and you'll have it.

If it ain't dutch it ain't much

1. When I browse to the IP address of the IP office it doesnt appear. Nothing is setup for web for the IP office. When I go to the IP I get "This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage."

2. I do not have a compact flash card.

So, the only think I see I can do is download the App, but from where, anyone have the link?

Avaya support site, Ip Office downloads and download the R8 Administration disc/release :)

If it is on the server then copy the "C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\System Status" folder to your workstation and create a shortcut on your desktop with the following program to run "javaw.exe -jar ssaviewer.jar" with the starting folder "C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\System Status ".

If it ain't dutch it ain't much
