System State = Syncing forever

Hello,
I got this error on the PBX today

SRPT024 CPM: CPM started protected memory sync.

SRPT021 LCS: hsp state changed from LcsHspStUp to LcsHspStDown.

SRPT049 DR: Master asked to stop updates.

SRPT118 CM: Server connection lost.

SRPT110 CM: Primary client connection established.

SRPT023 CPM: CPM completed protected memory sync.

SRPT025 CPM received stop update message from LCS.

BUG2067 CPM: Invalid message, CpmSyncDone passed to cpmFSM: Side = CPM_UNKNOWN, State =
CPM_IDLE.

SRPT027 HB: Cannot detect heartbeat from other core

SRPT802 Failed to auto-login SL1, reason: adminUserLoginSL1 failed.

SRPT117 CM: Server connection established.

SRPT021 LCS: hsp state changed from LcsHspStDown to LcsHspStUp.

Any recommendations to get this back to redundant
 
Fixed-
replaced CP4 card, because the old one stopped powering up
reload software - done
I love nortel!
