System State Backup option not available 1

Why doesnt the system state option show up in BrightStor v.11.1 for other servers in my Windows 2003 AD Domain? Client agent is installed on them, what else is needed?

Add the client agent in the Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 Systems section not the network section and check the box for use computername resolution. Also make sure you are patched up to SP1 on both the host server and client agent.
