System Speed Dial

Hi ...

I Have an IP Office System 8.1, all the telephone is Nortel ... I try to Programm a System Speed dial using short codes but it doesn't working.
How can I solve it ? Is there another way rather than short codes ?

Code : 001
Feature : Dial
Telephone Number : 5503224
Line Group id : 0

In Manager, go to Directory,enter a speed dial location in "Index" from 000-999, enter the name of the company & then enter the number 9-xxx-xxx-xxxx. To dial from your phone, programme a speed dial button or press Feature 0 & the speed dial location. Personal speed dial locations start at 00-99.

Try this:
Code 001
Feature: Dial
Telephone Number: 95503224
Line Group ID: 0

Notice the number 9 at the TN;

So, this number is external call? If yes, as you do for external? You use a "9" ?

Mahmood1982 you should start reading a manual. You posted a bunch of rookie questions that a phone guy rookie can answer by going to help within 5 minutes but you waste our time here with this. If you have questions that are not so rudimentary come back and ask them but try help or Google search before you do as that will give you faster answers and won't waste everyone's time.

Not to offend but 1 or 2 questions we let slide not 5 or more in such a short time.
