We have a multi location CM 8.1.2 and are adding a new site, the PABX coming out is a CS1000 and will be replaced with some G450's and an LSP. They have 2 System Speed Dials setup each with 1000 entries. They are using Access Code + SSCL to use the speed dials so in affect they dial either 66xxx or 67xxx (xxx=System Speed Call List Entry) to make use of the System Speed Calls. Is there a way to solution this on the CM as Abbreviated dialling looks like it might come up short bearing in mind we have several locations.
