system screen and printer gone awry, help

Just this past two days my system won't print and now the screen window is about an inch smaller thatn the full size of the monitor window. Can someone help?

I ran adaware and spybot. Let the prgrams do the fixes. Still nothing works right.

Any help will be appreciated.

I don't think the issues are related unless you're system is infected. Do you have AV software? is it up to date? What OS? is it fully patched?

As far as the printer: delete it, go to the manufacturers website and get the latest driver/software package and install.

As far as the display: If the display "looks" the same but it's just smaller, try adjusting you're monitor properties on the monitor itself. Otherwise, right click on the desktop select properties click the settings tab and adjust the screen resolution up or down (just a little) and see if either helps. Yea? Nea? Let us know ....
