Hi biggiedave,
From ext 10 or 11, get into system program mode. enter #728 and the system will do a warm boot (reset). All calls in progress will be dropped, the program will be saved. User features like call forwarding will be cancelled (F11).
I'm not sure, but I think #789 will wipe the system memory and do a factory default restart. If you do not have an ACS, there is no backup for the program.
