System prompt not playing mailbox ID

I have a situation where one of my CallPilot servers is doing this same thing where it does not give the phone number or caller name. i have rerun wizard but it is still broken. I was wondering if wizard fixed your problem or if you found something else.

Thanks. The tech had told me that he had run Wizard and it was still not working but after checking back with him he indicated that it fixed the problem.
