System Platform 1.1 (CM5.2) Backup Error

I am having trouble backing this kit up, it has worked in the past but this was some time ago, when i have pulled the backup logs off i can see BACKUP vm-data/backup.sh for lots of things like CM, AES, SES, UTILITY, LICENSE etc etc etc but then i get this (BELOW)...any help would be great

Hi Ben

Yeah you would think that was the issue but the last line
2012-03-09 11:43:51,196|BACKUP vm-data/backup.sh - Failed with exit code 5 means one of the virtual machines failed but i wasnt sure which one.

rebooted it and backed up again all ok.
