System phones to Business Phone BCS 150

Hello!

I have a Business Phone BCS 150 system (in the Ericsson manual also called ASB 150) wich is stated in this brochure:

I hale a ELU-D card with support for ten digital extensions, but I only have five Dialog 2753. Now I'm wondering if the newer Dialog phones from newer Business Phones systems are compatible with my system, or do they require a newer ELU-D card and software. And also, do someone have a Dialog 2754 to sell for a small amount of money.

And also if it helps, on the ELU-card i can read ROF 157 5014/1 R2F/1 ELU-D2 A21 9002
