system password not working when upgrading to 11.1.3 1

Hi All.

I am upgrading from 11.0.4 to 11.1.3.

When I go to do the upgrade, I always fail, on what appears to be the password.

I know what the password is to be sure, as it is one I always use. (This is a test system, so that is ok).

Since it failed, I have tried doing an erase security settings, or security settings, but nothing seems to work.

Has someone else run into this; and if so what is the fix, if you know.

Try password as a password if you haven't already.

You have to enter the security settings and you will find a user profile called Upgrade Admin, then enable the upgrade in the Web Services TAB and crete an associated User
 
Other settings that may help:
- Disable firewall on PC
- Enable System > Unsecure interface > Program Code in system security settings.
