System out of stream resources

I am an Oracle DBA.Can anyone explain me about

Unix error 63: System out of stream resources.


Where do I get info about this error & whats the soultion for this.

this man had asked about unixware7 issue
and you guys have redirected him to OpenServer5 documentation/solution

well
it might be the issue is the same
but tunable parameters are different
and netstat -m is absent in UW7

I've encountered this issue
and as a workaround increased STRTHRESH up to 0x1000000

and there is a proposal to increase number of pseudo ttys
