System Manager - Reporting query

Hi,
It is SMGR 8.1. We have many entity links working under this system manager. Wanted to know is there a report exists or is there any way I can check or generate a report of the entity's status?? how let's say I may be able to check in a week how many entity links were down and recovered or how many entity links are UP or active today.

Just wanted to update add the requirement, we wants to generate a summary report for entity`s daily or weekly status.

You should review System/Session Manager SNMP MIB files. Generally you can obtain the information through SNMP polling.

The first question is do you have a monitoring platform that is capable of doing snmp polling such as solarwinds?

Hi avayaguy23, no we dont have any app like Solarwinds. Just wanted to know if it is possible to create such report using the buil-in report options.

Avaya does not have any built in reports. Would suggest looking into a monitoring platform or at the very least enable SNMP traps to alert you of issues.
