System is Staying Maintainence

We have a Brand New 0 x 32 System that was pre-programmed at our office, shipped to the site and when we installed it and booted it up it stayed in Maintainence. This is an 0 x 32 with 6.0 software?? Does anyone know how to reset the system software without it being able to boot up?

The KSU and software are both brand new and that is what it was programmed with prior to shipping. We de-installed the clients older 0 x 32 system and re-used the 2 port expansion cartridge, trunk module and 4- LS/DS cards. That was when the problem started.

I see, the 2 port expansion card is in the slot to the right, right?

Yes! We also tried reseating the card, the software, removed the card and put the system back to just the system with software, with LS/DS cards and without.
