Customer has 0x32 w/ 4.1 and pri.

Service provider calls customer and says they notice a lot of calls going to the middle east. Customer knows they are not making them. How could it be hijacked? How can I stop it?
Maybe through the voicemail? Any help will appreciated.

not sure of the lingo on the first part. Explain?

you need to lock down the system take out all external call forwarding on the KSU and voicemail. Restrict the voicemail ports from making any calls. Turn off set redirect. And have the service provider discontinue international calls. If the customer needs to make international calls for the carrier set up LD Codes or impliment them on the phone system.

They Just Look COOL !

Also, make sure your users change their passwords on their vm boxes. If you prevent the vm from calling out, it's not an issue, but that's usually where hackers start looking when they're setting up LD fraud.

i have found mb 102 and 103 hacked with carrier codes for dial outs
