System Error when printing AP Remittances

Kindly assist resolve the following error - One of my users is getting the following error message when they run and print AP Advices.

System Error. Write down the message, error and source codes. Exit Sage ERP Accpac and Windows. Restart and retry the operation. For more information, see Appendix A in the System Manager User Guide.

One of my users" - What's different about this user?
Is PU1 installed?
Is the user really on server 2008, or some other OS?
Did advices used to work?
Custom or stock advice?
Can other users print that advice?

Apperently the only user who has been given access to print these AP Remittances
Yes - Product Update 1 is installed.
Yes they connect via a 2008 TS box to an SQL box.
Used to work on 5.5 then upgraded to 6.0A recently - and it has been erratic - one time no error and then the next.
Custom Remittance Advice however it is the Std one with minor modification. (Authorised By appended at the end.
Other users in a different company DB - can print the advice.

Because of upgrade, delete _P.ISM for that user and company.
