system error when loading quark

When i try to load quarkxpress 4.1 it displays an error message saying " this version of quarkxpress cannot be run with this system language [4]" What does this mean and how can i get quark to work??? I have mac os x 10.1.5.

Quark 4 needs OS 9 or earlier. All I did was press the damn button

Your regional settings do not match. Change your keyboard regional settings to U.S English if u r using U.S version of QXP.(Apple/Control Panels/Keyboard)
