please assist we are experiencing this error. where do i find SITE\RESTART.ISM so that i delete it. im new on in accapac.

Open Accpac and click Help, System Information.
You will see Data Directory, browse to that folder and you will see the Site folder. Delete Restart.ism in the Site folder.
