System DSN - Trying To Store Password

When I add a System DSN - everything works fine. except that is doesn't store the password I put in for the login authenticity.

So everytime I use that I have to type in a password.

Is there any way to make it store the password so I don't have to keep typing it in?

if you are linking tables to an Access DB - once you have pull up the DSN file - it displays the tables - there is an optional to 'save password'

I have the same issue using windows 2003 webedition connecting back to a SQL database over port 1433. The test works fine and I can using a account that has a blank password (yuck) However, any attempts after it has been configured fail.

Any ideas?
