I can't point out where this error is coming from.

when first login in my system I keep getting this error before getting my login script.

Install
Could not initialize installation. System DLLs corrupt or missing. Access is denied.

sounds like your administrator has assigned you a MSI and rather not put all the files in the distribution folder or even worse not given you access to it!.

speak with your network/NT administrator
