How do I get Windows xp to load??

Let's start by providing the name of the diagnostic utility.

Also, make sure you don't still have a floppy disk inserted.

or the install CD. I've seen a few apps using this, and would have to guess PANDA. :)

We have been losing a few CD's lately. Going to have to start checking everything that leaves the bench!

Usually Caldera DR-DOS is associated with Novell install boot disks. Although it may be possible you booted into a utility partition and now the system partition is not active? If you have a Dell, I've seen the utility partition take over and not let go until you hit F-12 on bootup, then pick IDE or SATA Hard Disk as your boot device. If you're not using a Dell, forget what I just said (-;

Thanks everyone, there was a floppy disk in the Dell. It was a Novell Netware disk.xp will now boot Thanks!!!

FYI...

Caldera DR-DOS is also used for many applications' recovery disks. PC Anywhere and Norton Ghost are just two examples that use Caldera for their startup routine when booting from floppy diskettes.
