We have a CS1000 DC rls 5.0 Option 61 dual CPU and the system shut down we have displays on the phones but cannot call out and cannot call station to station. On the terminal we get the follwoing information:

PDT start
PDT Initialization Complete.
PDT Rlog Initialization Complete.
SSH Initialization Complete.

Init HSP Interface...OK.

The system stops here and every three minutes it repeats the same message.
 
split cores and try to bring up what is currently inactive side

Tried that and even tried starting with the startup software in the CS card and it wont display on the TTY
 
you will need to connect to J25 on back of CPU of core you are trying to activate.

Also, disable CNI on inactive core.
 
Thanks, i will try that and let you know what happens. Do you think it could be the CS card?
 
From message on top - that CPU probably not seeing hard drive - Should Disable that CPUs CNI and boot from other one.
