System cannot find the path specified

Progress 9.1d (with Open Accounts v5). Windows 2K Svr. Getting following in Event Manager:
Event ID: 101
Source: W3SVC
Description: The server was unable to add the cirtual root '/webspeed31D' for the directory 'C:\Progress\dlcv91b\webspeed' due to the following error: The system cannot find the path specified. The data is the error code.

I know why it cannot find the file - I installed Progress on the D:\ drive!

Have searched but cannot find where to change this value. Does anyone know?

It seems you have the DLC environment variable pointing to the wrong place. If the documentation does not provide a clear enough answer, you might consider posting a question to the webspeed list on the PEG.
