I have a new problem when programming for music on hold I get to where you place the line number and the display says system busy please wait, *** as an extension number I exit back out and then return and sometimes it comes up with same extension number or a different one,,it will not let me enter line number ,,, no matter how many times I try,,, it always says busy, am I doing something wrong or what..maybe I am not waiting long enough ,,,or is there someway to make system unbusy long enough to program music on hold line,,Thank You,,,..Firestorm

Usually that system message appears when the phone or facility is in use when attempting to program, and will so up on a system phone when performing Centralized Programming. You might check with the station user and let them know you are programming their phone.

You could put the ports or module out-of-service, so you can perform your changes without interruption. Then restore them when finished. To do this, use the maintenance menu F6, then F2 SLOT or F3 PORT. You should read the Maintenance document in order to get familiar with the tests and options available.
