system ASPI

I somehow lost my system ASPI drivers for my windows system (adaptec), I have attempted to download from adaptec site and I get a corrupted system installation when I check it out with my nero toolkit, I am unable to burn dvd's.the version was ASPI drivers for windows version v4.71.2 also tried v4.71. I have exhausted all means that I know, other than a complete restore.
