Hi, All. (edited)

Norstar Meridian:

I was attempting to find a solution to our Reception's mailbox issue showing "Log" instead of "password", (after being away from the office for a few weeks, this was changed somehow and apparently it cannot be changed?) and unintentionally re-set our System Admin Password.
When I attempted to log on to change it back, there are two options for the Admin Password, and nether of them matched the reset default. (one was very close, but not exactly)

SysAdmin+
Sys admin

Why are there 2 and which one should I change?

Thank you so much!

I found out the reason for the mailbox extension showing "log" rather than "Password" was due to the mailbox not being assigned to the DN. Once changed to a DN#, seems to work fine.
Thank you, KCFLHRC for your suggestions. I believe that SysAdmin+ is for another type of system.

Kinda sounds like you don't have Meridian Mail either but probably Startalk on a Norstar
