I am trying to run Sysprep 1.1 on a XP Pro box that has been updated with all MS patches, etc... I get the message "sysprep-The procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library setupapi.dll" and it does nothing.

Any ideas??

Just try Sysprep 2.0 (its the recomended for XP)
