I have a 500v2 here V9.0.12
The issue is that users complain the volume on 9608 phones keeps changing back to a loud volume every week or so.
When I look right now in SSA, the longest idle PRI trunk, and the alarm for the PRI going down, and the control unit audit last reported write with reboot, all coincide to 60 days ago.
However when I start monitor, it says ********** System (IP Address) has been up and running for 11days, 4hrs, 27mins and 1sec(966421448mS) **********

Does anyone know what this disparity is about? If the system lost power, would that loss not be shown in the PRI trunk alarms or the channels? Is this message when you connect Monitor more accurate?

Thanks.

System status shows the last reboot if you click on alarms.

Right. That matches up with everything else in SSA. I'm just wondering about that message when I bring up monitor that the system has been up and running for 11 days....
